Utopia Records stocks alternative music that is hard to find elsewhere. Predominantly you will find a load of heavy metal music, classical rock and of course hard rock. The staff are a wealth of knowledge about heavy metal and rock music and if they have not got what you want, they will try to get it. They also produce a magazine with all the latest rock related news.

Wow!

Every time I travel to Sydney (about once a year) I go to Utopia and always come out with my hands full, a big smile and having spent lots! Warning: this store is very tempting! If you're into your music, and i mean IN to your music, then this is the music store for you. Specialising in metal and punk and anything alternative, this isn't just a music shop, it's a toy, clothes and accessory shop too. Underground to give it that extra vibe, I love visiting this store. Problem is so does everyone else and it's always packed! Doesn't stop me though... Well worth checking out.

Utopia

Utopia is the place to be if you love your old records,have an exellent choice in music and clothing as well as if you want to pick up some rare autographs from musicians. Some people would call it the epicentre for alternative music, but it also has a section dedicated to hip hop, r and B etc. This place is one of the best record stores I have ever been in and if you love your music its for you.
