NEVER ORDER FROM THEM ONLINE!

THEY have a very unorganized business! First ordered the dress on 5-2-2011 Got an email stating that the item was out of stock!!! Waited until 5-24 when it was available to place the order again. I added a skirt to my order just because the shipping was $65 and I couldn't see myself ordering just 1 item and pay that much money for such slow shipping!!!!!
There was never any order acknowledgement sent.
I waited 3 days for a shipment confirmation but there was never one sent. So I email them asking where my order was on 05-27.
I did not get a reply until 5 DAYS LATER! THIS IS SICKENING! A late reply only to confirm not only that my items were not shipped BUT also to tell me that one of my items were YET AGAIN out of stock! Do they even do inventory???? If items are unavailable then they should say so on their website OR at the very least you should notify the customer right away!!!!!
I was planning on wearing that skirt to a wedding! I am very disappointed! Then after my complaining and a little over 2 weeks of waiting they suddenly have my order shipped without asking me if I still even wanted it!
This is over all just bad customer service. Especially considering how expensive their items are! I would expect that the company would have done more to make things right. Like expediting the shipping free of charge, offering me some kind of credit on the order or offering some kind of free gift! None of that was done and I am still unhappy! I will not be ordering from this company because they do NOT care about the customers!
