Big Mexican Rancho (The), Sydney

A night out with friends and family at this poor exuse for a restaurant has to be one of the most disgusting dining experiences I have ever had. Started off by ordering Deluxe Nacho's for an entree. When they finally turned up they were just a plain order with ingredients missing. We then waited another hour and a half for our main course though we noticed other tables getting their food quicker, having arrived after us. We finally got the attention of a waitress who at first gave us the 'talk to the hand' gesture and questioned as to why our meals haven't arrived. They claimed that the order was misplaced and offered no apologies. All they could say was that it wasn't their fault. Nonetheless we paid for our drinks and left. This will be one place I will avoid until management changes hands and they learn a little customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We are about to move to Gymea Bay. Funny enough, 3 of my friends have commented on "The Big Mexican Rancho is thee place to go for good Mexican food". One friend, drives from Engadine to dine, the other from Menai and another from Bangor! Say's a lot for the Restaurant. Well done. We can't wait to move to Gymea Bay as we will be walking distance and can't wait to taste your great mexican food! Royce

The food is absolutely fantastic and great value for money!!! Great friendly service even on nights that are really full.
