On friday my friend said we are going to mulligans its an irish restaurant he had heard about, upon arriving its looked small from the outside, but inside is like stepping into a place in dublin, Galwayy, its real cosy, the lady that greeted us at the door, had a very strong irish accent, she seated us, gave us the menus, we had some home-made bread it was yummy, house speciality, and complemtry, while we ordered two kilkenny's we studied the menus, two coarses any two for $40.00 the menu looked fab and so much to choose where to start, what will i have, Scallops, Prawns, Beef & Guinness pies, Boxty pancakes, soup, mains, chicken with smoked salmon, steak with guinness/champagne sauce, yum,
rack of lamb with mustard, slowly cooked shanks, fish in guinness, and baked, thank god for this Irish chef, how often can we afford to come back i wondered,
The food was excellent, my taste buds were alight with joy,
I hadnt any room for dessert or irish coffee which the lady said was real irish coffee i had to take her word for it, she told us they do dinner, and irish breakfast on sunday, this is a must i can only pray that this chef is still here on my next visit, its a must try it , for yourself,,, if gave it the thumps up,,
