Description
Swim, sun-bake and saunter along one of Perth's busiest beaches. City Beach is only a 15-minute drive from central Perth, thus is popular with inner city dwellers. This is an unspoiled stretch of beach protected by sand dunes and a buffer zone park that separate it from the West Coast Highway and residential areas. The Coastal Walk and Cycle Way start here and run all the way north to Hillarys Boat Harbour. In addition, the Scenic Coastal Route begins here and follows the coast north. Amenities include picnic areas, toilets and showers.
