Bells Rapids, Perth

Bells Rapids, a picnic and bush walking spot is a prime viewing area to see the competitors in the annual Avon Descent White Water Race battle the rapids. The race is held each August. Explore the streams and waterfalls as you wander along the nature walks beside the Avon River. The area is not recommended for swimming however. Access to the rapids is via a gravel road, which leads to a gravel car parking area. Remember to keep dogs on a leash.
