The Fish Hopper Seafood & Steaks
The Fish Hopper boasts a great location across from the pier as well as an extensive menu for any time of day. Breakfast specials include a variety of eggs benedict, and local Hawaiian fare (like loco moco). Lunches and dinners have enough variety to please any palate. Try their award-winning clam chowder, fire roasted artichoke appetizer, and sample their huge drink menu including a variety of mojitos, and their signature Bucket of Fire and Volcano drinks - for two or more to share. The Fish Hopper proudly gets their fish from sustainable sources, harvested in environment-friendly ways.
Bland fare and overcooked shellfish make this ocean side resturaunt one to look at but "pass on by". Their ultimate seafood feast was overcooked, underseasoned and ultimate perhaps in hobbit preportions. Crab cakes are unremarkable. Chowder was average. One plus. They had lamb chops that rival any I've had on the mainland. Probably because they wer'nt from a canned recipe.
