Rude service

I have just come home from being at your store in Fremantle. My friend and I ordered two hot fudge sundaes, which on Anzac day we paid $5.50 for and so we made a trip in tonight to get them again and brought the exact money. On Anzac day we had the sundae with two scoops and paid $5.50. The lady then told us it was extra for the extra scoop and we explained we paid this just the other day, and she said we will have to go to the eftpos around the corner.
We went away for a minute and then came back and asked for our money back as we could not justify paying $2 eftpos fee when it was the stores mistake in the first place, as we where not happy at the different cost in such a short time. This young lady was extremely rude to us, saying we could not read, she would not give us her name and said we were rude. She also did this in front of other customers present who were shocked by her response. The customer service was shocking we will definitely not be in a hurry to return, and they say a bad experience you tell twice as many people as a good one. I would review this employee; she is definitely not an asset to the company.
