The Thai Cookery School teaches students the authentic methods of Thai food preparation, including the art of carving vegetables and fruit with an experienced chef. Throughout your one-day training in modern, air-conditioned surrounds, you will learn how to prepare and cook up to six delicious dishes. Courses begin in the morning or afternoon with free transport and meals. They begin with a lecture on food preparation, followed by a variety of practical sessions. Reservations are necessary.
