Winner of the American Express Best Restaurant in Australia award. Chef and co-owner, Alain Fabreques has won a bevy of awards including the prestigious Meilluer Ouvrier de France. Surrounded by gardens, the restaurant is housed in a renovated federation home. For a set price of AUD80 guests can enjoy an appetizer, a predessert, three savoury dishes and a dessert. The menu includes Yabby Salad and Pernod Cream, Duck Confit and Sauteed Potatoes and Fresh Atlantic Salmon and Sorrel. The Loosebox has an impressive wine list.
