Named after the artist and city in southern France, Cafe Toulouse is set in a quaint location. It has a mediterranean and relaxed ambience that imparts a bright and spacious feel. The original vision of chef/owner Michel Frichot, who trained in Paris, was to introduce a casual style of French eating to Perth--with prices to match.
