Luna Park
Description
Opened in 1912, Luna Park is the most identifiable landmark of St. Kilda with generations of children walking wide eyed through the broad clown's mouth entrance. Although threatened by developers on numerous occasions, it has miraculously remained intact. The charm of Luna Park is its old world character. No comparison can be made to the special effects laden amusement parks around the world. Luna Park relies on spectacular views from the Scenic Railway, the glamour of its historic carousel, and the fact that children still love eating fairy floss! Hours vary seasonally, do check website for further details.
it wasn't too bad. it was fun and everything but the queues for everything were massive and I honestly couldnt be bothered waiting and I am only 10 years old. but the rides were good and most of them were worth the wait so it didnt turn out to be too bad!!! Have fun when you go there!
it was like the best place ever stop we rode the ghost train stop we would go there every day man stop you want to know how i liked it stop me and my friends loved it
good surrounding visit in april nice time and tempeture. nice people, very good services around you. and good utility. You can find things very easily and good food too.
I liked the roller coaster, the ferris wheel, The ghost train, the bumpy cars, the spider ride, the scary ride that went round and round and the g-force.
I definetely think Luna Park is expensive but to see how happy my children looked it definetely pays off. But I would really use this as a treat for good behaviour because it was so FUN!
luna park is fantastic. me and my girlfriends went, and we had a ball. it was great. if u want to have a great time with some friends, go to luna park.
I LIKED LUNA PARK BECAUSE IT WAS FUN AND I LIKE RIDES AND THERE RIDES ROCK MY WORLD I LOVE TAKING THRILLS SO COME ON EVERYBODY AND GET TO LUNA PARK AND HAVE SOME FUN
...pergatory for everyone else.
Hot, smelly, expensive and crowded. A few fun rides. Don't bother unless you have a ten year old boy. Rides the quality of a travelling fair. Highlights were 'Prison Break' theme 'experience'....scary for 7 year olds and laughable for anyone with an IQ over 23.
Luna Park is a derelict old theme park built in the 1900s and has nothing really spectacular to offer anyone (except 5 year olds). Disney Land is a far cry from Luna Park. DO NOT TRAVEL THE HALF THE PLANET TO GO TO LUNA PARK!
