Pregones Theater, New York

Founded in 1979, Pregones Theater is dedicated to creating and performing musical dramas and theater depicting Puerto Rican and Latino cultures. A major contributing factor to the South Bronx Cultural Corridor, the organization entertains audiences with visually and rhythmically rich performances. Apart from box-office success, the focus here is on the growth of literature of Latin origin. Interactive Workshops, internships and mentor-ships are open to anyone who shares the mission of this dynamic organization.
