Lady Lever Art Gallery
Lord Leverhulme aka William Hesketh Lever's collection was the reason behind this art gallery and his need to display the works he owned i.e. James Orrock, Wedgewood, Greek and Roman vases and the entire George McCulloh collection. The entire collection covers paintings, furniture, tapestries, Chinese art, antiques and sculptures. This gallery was created in the memory of his wife Lady Lever. Entry is free to all the exhibitions and programs. They also have a cafe with refreshments and meals and a gallery shop selling gifts items.
