Casa Tua is a rarity in the Caribbean: a true-blue Italian ristorante complete with brick-oven pizzas, home-style pastas and a range of other old-world specialties. Pizzas are served Sicilian style, thin and crispy with a healthy portion of fresh toppings. Pastas are loaded with rich sauces and the finest meats, cheeses and vegetables. What puts the menu over the top is the inclusion of such exotic delicacies as beef carpaccio and escargots.
