Masterful...sublime !
The establishment is a mixture of elegance, intrigue and snazzy...the food wonderful. The French style hangar steak with fried shallots, tremendous (we still had the taste in our mouths and hour later), truffle mashed potatoes, a tower of Mediterranean vegetables with buffalo mozzarella and sun cured tomatoes, spaghetti with slivers of 36 month aged Iberian ham, roasted quail with foie gras, lemon tart with gold foil, yuzu sorbet, the best bread and butter you'll ever eat, a mozzarella foam..port wine reduction with foie gras on the bottom, counter seating that you can see the action of your food being prepared. This is real dining...be prepared to spend 3 hrs. of enjoyment. MGM Las Vegas scored big getting Joel Robuchon.
