Description
The interesting revivalist architecture of the Mourisca fountain makes it difficult to pass unnoticed. Built by the sculptor Jose da Fonseca in 1922, it becomes a stopping point between the railway station and the village center. Its waters are much appreciated by those who pass by and also by the locals, whom we often see filling water jugs, for domestic supply.
