Living in a city like Melbourne it is hard not to dine out a lot. I recently found the newly revamped Sapore and will be going back again, and highly recommend it to everyone else.
The wine list is one of the better lists that I have seen for a while. 150 wines with an Italian focus but all very interesting. Great Australian wines that you will not find at your local bottle shop. If not sure ask the staff as the have great knowledge and will point you in the right direction. No attitude attached, very friendly and helpful.
The food is amazing. Mains are around the $30 mark with a few specials that are a little more expensive but well worth it. Also great for requlars as there are cheaper options on the menu - I could see myself here 3-4 times a week without blowing the budget.
