Colmao Flamenco Restaurant, Melbourne

This was an excellent experience all round and my first in a spanish themed restaurant. The wait staff were excellent, they were attentive, quick and freindly. the ordering was easy and the food (particularly the paella) was excellent. Added to this the band played and variuos people sang, the ambience was great. Food and wine were reasonably priced and the serving size was perfect. This is a real spanish experience, directly across the road from the Spanish club. I would highly recommend this establishment. Well done to the staff at Colmao. Guy
