Does anyone know Tracey's surname? Trying to track her down also

Some time ago I purchased a gift voucher through a company called Red Balloon Days for a day's sailing on "Solo". After one cancellation (from Solo's end) and then attending for the next scheduled day out (with another couple who we had no association with) and nobody arrived to take us out on the yacht, both couples tried to contact the people who were taking us out. After a few phone calls and leaving messages, we finally got a response from the people concerned saying they had apparently phoned us and the other couple and left messages on our mobile phones' voicemail advising of the cancellation. Neither couple received any message at all and as you can imagine we were quite unhappy as I spent hundreds of dollars for the experience and feel cheated by these dishonest operators. That was almost a year and a half ago and I'm trying to find contact details for these people to have them honour the vouchers or refund my money. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

My girlfriend bought me a days sailing on Solo for Christmas last year for the two of us. We had originally booked in for a day in February, which was unforunately cancelled due to inclement weather. Ever since (now July) we haven't been able to contact, or been contacted by, Tracey, or someone involved with Solo. My girlfriend has seemingly been ripped off the good money that she had put up for what was going to be a great days sailing. And now we can't seem to find any website, phone numbers or contact details for this mob. Thanks very much arseholes

The crew, food, hospitality and everything was awsome about this trip would recomend it t anyone looking for a fun day out. thanks to the crew Cruise, Sheldon, Joe and Tracey great day out thanks guys.

Fantastic day out would recommend this trip to anyone.Crew excellent fun,very experienced, amazing sailing,beautiful boat.Day has something for everyone,never heard of a bad review all good.Go on give it a try you'll be glad you did.
