Lygon Street Restaurant, City of Gold Coast

Named after the well-known dining street in Carlton, Melbourne, the three separate areas at the Lygon Street Restaurant, suggest Italian decor, using comfortable, plush red furnishings and timber shutters. Each location includes views of the flora and pool area of the Gold Coast International Hotel. The intimate restaurant leads into the piano bar, with the cafe alongside the pool. A cafe dish, Pepperoni Pizza, is easy for lunch, whilst from the a la carte dinner menu, the Moreton Bay Bugs, char-grilled with chive risotto and Roma tomato sauce is delightful.
