La Kasbah Restaurant
Located on busy Stanley Street, the La Kasbah Restaurant is a surprisingly tranquil and romantic restaurant with amazing food. Inside, one is overwhelmingly reminded of the romantic feel of the colonial era. White curtains drape from the ceiling and appropriate portraits hang on the walls. The range of food is reasonable and caters for all tastes. The entree Bastillaa traditional Moroccan chicken in a filo pie-is extremely tasty. One delicious main is the Baranya a traditional oven-baked ragout of lamb with chickpeas and eggplant.
I went to La Kasbah at the reopening recently, with a group of 17 people.
Oh my God! We started with the tunisian bricks, amazing taste, and the escargots,Then we had the lamb shank,to die for,we also ordered the orange duck, the best duck ever made. The rest of the table did enjoy the couscous, very rich dish and great taste.
The meat is very fresh and tasty. We were so happy that La Kasbah reopened because we believe it's the best restaurant in Brisbane.
Seriously, they are offering amazing , fresh food and we are definitely going back there.

i went to la aksbah with a group of 5 business men and it was a great dining experience for all of us. Everything was just great;we've been treated with respect, well served, the staff were very professional. We did rely on the chef to have a bit of everything. we were so glad to trust the chef and in the mean time we had the best of tunisian food. We were so happy to be able to talk business in a beautiful, cozy environment where they play unique "bedouin"music and where the food is simply incredible. We are definitely coming back to la kasbah with our family and friends.

I never get disappointed with this restaurant, and I know they have the best
duck too; I tried it before and I most of the time order the whole duck from
La Kasbah when ever I have a party in my studio as an artist who wants the best for my guests when we can not eat out.
You definitely feel the real fresh oranges in that duck. Simply the best.
