Description

A short stroll from booming downtown Kirkland, which has benefited enormously from the cash flow brought in by Microsoft, is this winning little park. Ice cream shops and restaurants are just up the street, while the park itself includes a very nice Lake Washington beach and a picnicking facility. An open-air pavilion, home to concerts and other events, sits next to the lake and public art statues decorate a grassy area.

i went first time to marina park last Saturday, and i was surprised it is so beautiful and very nice park , totally different than other parks we just love . it is perfect for families. we spent our all day . they have great hot dogs cart there , it was so much fun sit, relax and eat hot dog, i will go again and again and do not forget to try their hot dogs

A beautiful place

A magical park with great Seattle and Lake Washington views and a wonderful family atmosphere. You'll hear every language under the sun if you sit long enough. Summer afternoons and evenings are filled with strollers of all ages. A pier lined with small boats brings in nautical flavor and the sunsets are sublime. In the winter sit among the wandering ducks while weather blows in over the Lake. And it's free!

This is the best park ever! Nice area, and things to do. They even have parasailing! The board walk is really romantic. I rate it a 10!
