Description

This building doesn't have the tourist cache of the Space Needle, but it is higher by almost 100 meters and cheaper to enter by several dollars. The 941-foot building, Columbia Center (Bank of America Tower), is the second tallest west of the Mississippi. Take in spectacular views of the Cascade and Olympic Mountain ranges, Puget Sound and area lakes, plus educational views of the freeway system and the downtown area. Take one elevator to the 40th floor, another to the 73rd floor.

BETTER VIEW than SPACE NEEDLE & way cheaper!!

located in downtown, this is the tallest building in the area. you take the elevators up to the 63rd (i think) floor and walk into an almost panoramic view of seattle. you can see the tiny space needle, the wharf & pikes, the mountains, islands, the view is just majestic ! plus its sooo much cheaper and less crowded than the space needle. there was a guide who was very helpful and knowledgable, shared his binoculars. we had a great time !

it's well worth the 5 bucks to do this, you can walk all the way around the floor so you can see in any direction. if you look carfully there is a falcon that nests on a ledge I think it's to the north side of the building (a seasonal attraction). Great for anyone thats not terrified of heights!

The view is just amazing! You can see the whole city of Seattle, the Space Needle even looks small from there. And... it's way cheaper to get up there than to the Space Needle. =)

Amazing

The view from this building is nothing short of amazing. From every window you can see different parts of the city. I live in Seattle and see those spots daily, but they look incredible from up so high! I would HIGHLY reccommend this!
