This contemporary pan-Asian favorite is is airy, elegant, and always packed with a chic crowd of loyalists. The popular satay bar features chicken, seafood, beef, lamb and pork, grilled and served with a spicy peanut sauce. The Siam lettuce cups, filled with seared Chilean sea bass, are superb.
