Summer stock productions by local high schools are very good, as are the professional performances. Village Theatre puts a lot of emphasis on musicals. The quaint area makes this a good place to visit for a day of browsing before an evening of unthreatening, enjoyable theater. Shows typically run Wednesday through Sunday for a month and a half.
