Clark Planetarium
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/13/08
The atmosphere was scientific and fun. The laid back learning style everyone looks for is definately there. It is so diverse,if you are interested in astronomy there are stars, if you are interested in the gravitational pull of the earth, they have a great pendulum.

We love the 3D movies! It is an amazing place for kids, adults, dates. The atmosphere is very fun and everyone should try the space ice cream (freeze dried)

What a disappointment?
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/26/07
I don't know how Clark Planetarium can get away with calling themself a Planetarium when they don't have star shows every day. This is more like an IMAX movie theatre with a theme. The films deserve a C- and the displays are less than adequate. I have visited Planetariums all over the nation and this was the most disappointing. I have always enjoyed taking my daughter to visit the old Hansen's Planetarium, but when I took my grandchildren to Clark Planetarium I believe we a doing a disservice to our young people and the astronomical education.

Was great while it lasted
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/30/05
This was great while it was around and it saddens me that they moved it over to the Gateway. The new one has a hard time rivaling the whole atmosphere of the old "Hansen Planetarium."
