Well let me start by saying Jamie Dickerson is just amazing when I was there I asked her for help when she found out that the purchase I was making was for me she made me feel so at ease I will be sure to shop there for the things I want more often. The items that she suggested were perfect, the sizes she picked out fit wonderfully and feel amazing when wearing them I look forward to doing more shopping there in the future. Thank you so much

The west valley location has a staff of ex arby's employees who know nothing about what customer service means. The manager treats you like you are going to steal something and makes your whole experince there very undesirable. Then if you try to return ANYTHING they will show you the sign. They would not allow us to return anything including the unopened merchandise. It was the attitude that they all carried that upset me the most. They were not being honest and now they have lost us as customers. My wife buys shoes from them on a regular basis and will now go to their competitor for their disrespect. If you feel you will have a different experience then best of luck to you.

I went on Monday to get my nose pierced. I spoke with Macy first who was fabulous. It was about 7:30pm and Derek came all the way from South Jordan to take care of me! The whole experience was fabulous! Macy was so willing to help and was also very knowledgeable. Both Macy and Derek were so easy going and made me feel really comfortable. Derek did my piercing, I have several and I have to say that he is by FAR my favorite. Very professional, fast, and gentle! I will for sure be going back to get a monroe! Thanks Sugar House crew! Really enjoyed my visit!

Looking for a place that has great products to enhance your sex life? Don't worry, this place is great and has pretty much everything you need. The advice you get from the employees there is wonderful. I have had a great experience each time I have been there. My favorite location to visit is the one downtown Salt Lake City or in Rose Park area. There is a girl named Whittney who knows all of the things in the store very well and can help a lot! Come to Blue Botique for all of your needs to make you feel sexy.

just saw the new April 2012 ad for Blue Boutique, and it go me excited! I rushed to the nearest store (Sugarhouse) only to find that Blue Botique is a JOKE! Their flyer focuses on a domme, however their store carries nothing kink related! The fetish clothing they have is either on sale for being damaged or made of cheap infirior materials that REAL fetish shops carry. ATTN: lifestylists!--- This is NOT A FETISH STORE! This is NOT A KINK FRIENDLY ENVIROMENT! The employees snikered and giggled to one another as I grabbed a few vanilla items I needed, which made me end up not buying anything because I hate to be starred at, especially when buying kink equipment. I do not feel this store valued my privacy at all, nor do they carry what they claim to advertise for. I do not care if Blue Boutique gives me a giftcard for this review. There is nothing at their shop that I would like to purchase.

Unlike any other shop of it's kind in Utah, Blue Boutique is one of a kind! There's nothing else like it in Utah- With an incredible unique rang of specialty products and the largest Adult room I've seen in Utah with not to mention an excellent selection of quality toys and reasonable prices! Because I travel I'm always price comparing to other specialty stores locally and outside of Utah, so to read the reviews comparing their prices to that of any website...Duh, of course it's going to be cheaper, they don't have the expense of a store front, of course they'll be cheaper lol and Can You find the same specialty items there that you can find at Wal mart??? I don't think so! To compare is Funny, go outside of the Utah bubble and realize we should be happy to have such an awesome edgy store in such an oppressed place. I think the previous post was likely a disgruntled employee I've never witnessed anything as mentioned in the previous post.

Blue Boutique is under new management, and its definitely NOT the store you are used to. Be prepared to spend a fortunes, wait for horrible parking, and most of all the children that hang out in the adult room. I don't know about other people but I feel extremely uncomfortable shopping for adult toys with 18 year olds giggling behind me.

Holly This is the best shop in Utah. The staff is friendly & helpful. Found what I wanted right away. Good stuff. Excellent selection. I will return. Store was clean.
