This is the most famous bookstore in Utah and offers much more than books. Upstairs you will find a section dedicated to LDS books, rare reads and more delicate papers. Downstairs resembles a regular bookstore, but the selection is much more diverse. Visiting authors come here to read from their newest manuscripts and are available for a question and answer time afterward, as well as booksigning. Tourists find the location convenient, right in the center of downtown on Main Street.

The people that work there are some of the most unlikely and incredibly helpful people on the planet! Every time I go in that place some new and more intersting person is there to help me out. I love love this place!!!

Cozy Escape
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/14/05
On recent visit to the Salt Lake City area, I had the pleasure of stumbling on this rare little gem. From the moment I entered, I was taken aback by the cozy atmosphere and friendly staff. There is much to recommend about this store beginning with the central location, the coffee shop with free Internet access and the experience of escaping a cold winter day in the arms of a store that embraces and cultivates your love of the written word. If you love books, you can't go wrong dropping by this store for a few minutes. Be careful. You're apt to lose all track of time here. What a wonderful place to lose time!!!

A large book store
By Alexander, 06/16/04
This book store is a huge store that you can get yourself lost in a big maze of books that are all up for sale. This book store also has a whole wealth of Rare books for sale even the books that had got discontenued from printing. You can find a whole creap load of books there and they really do mean books even though I had only been there once. and the first empressoins is a reasion why I had given it a five out of five for Excellent
