Palenque am Tivoli, Munich

This restaurant was super-delicious and beautiful. I am telling you, I am a world traveler and I have eaten at fine restaurants on most of the continents. The dinners I had at the Palenque stand out. I say dinner becuase I was in Munich for several nights and the dinner I had when we stumbled on the place was so delicious my boyfriend and I went back to have exactly the same dinner again. I had some jumbo prawns, a great cocktail, and they made a dessert I have never forgotten. Some sort of maple pancake with sugared toasted nuts, with ice cream on top, and some kind of sweet maple syrup. I would almost fly over just to have that dessert again. It has been a long while since I have been there, but I have never forgotten it, and it's on my list of places I want to visit again. Yes, I'd say I recommend it! : ) It's a romantic restaurant, don't take your kids if they're not well-behaved.
