This is a 60 minute walking tour. - This is the description from the Sea World website. We spent about 10-15 minutes with a trainer from the show who answered questions. After about 12-15 minutes, our guide who was a regular employee, said we needed to wrap it up, trainer Joe is very busy! Prior to the show, we walked through the exact same exhibit as everyone else & fed the sea lions fish over the wall. It was super crowded, no special place to stand for our paid tour with a trainer and at no point were we back stage! We were not taken anywhere the general public could not walk. We were allowed to pet a sea lion over the aquarium wall after the show briefly!!! I can't stress enough how briefly the interaction was with a sea lion & the trainer. This was our 3rd trip to Sea World. We did the sea lion tour for our 8 year old daughter. It was very disappointing. Would not recommend you do this.

I love Seaworld. I have never had a bad time there. Staff was helpful, kind, entertaining and informative about the sealife. Get chills everytime I see the Shamu performance. All the shows are great. Anyone who has a bad time should look at themselves and their attitude before they walk through the gate. Headed there again in May with family from Alabama. Their 2nd trip.

We were hoping to have a great time, but were disappointed with poor management and customer service. They seem to care more about taking your money than the customer.

BE AWARE that there is NO AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION of your payments after the annual pass expires ! Apparently, the fine print says that the card is automatically renewed even though they do not send you a new one ! You have to actually remember to call them and cancel at the end of the 12 months ! Obviously, they are counting on you forgetting to do so ! What a disgustingly cynical way of making money !

I felt like I was swimming in Unine! It smelled so Bad. The 4 to 7 year old kids didn't have much to ride in the way of water slides! (NONE) I think it is wrong to not allow them to go down the slides with their parents since they have a life jacket on! Way too many people and not enough shade and places to cool off! Pools way TOO SMALL for that many people!!! Lines too long to only have one person working the childrens rides!! !Not enough seats! The shows were great but not as good as they were two years ago! Water Cost WAY TOO MUCH at $3 a bottle when it is that hot!!! Way TOO many Bees at the soda fountains! Needs alot of cleaning!!!!

Just got back from a trip to Sea World on July 3rd, 2011. Bought the Shamu Parking and the all day eating. The all day eating is great if you go on a non busy day. Since it was so busy and crowded on the 3rd, my family was only able to eat 3 times. It took about 2 hours in the some of the lines to get food. Also, the kids meals are the same at all places you can use the all day dining, mini hot dogs or chicken strips. Wasn't able to watch the Beluga show until late in the evening, since it was so crowded. At the Beluga show, one person held up 7 seats using backups. One of the park workers, told them that they need to move to the center and allow other people to sit, but the person didn't do that. Security should have removed that individual from the park. At the sea park, people were also squatting on tables and chairs, while their family was swimming. So, I had to go around and get chairs from other tables. Again, no workers were telling people not to squat on tables/chairs. The shows were great, but because of the lack of security, I did not feel safe with my family. I would have paid an extra $25 per ticket for reserved seating for all the shows.

Horriable customer service, overpriced everything, animals look less than cared for and over worked. If you really want an ocean experience go to the ocean. Really sad place

The wife and I were going to go to SeaWorld July 09,2011 but from the reviews I read, we have decided to save the expense and go somewhere else. The wife has never been to SeaWorld and was looking forward to visiting until we read the reviews.

I did the "EZ Pay" plan, and it was great, affordable everything I could ask for... a year and a half later turns out Im still being charged so I decide to do the math it turns out Ive payed out way more then what was owed to them. Here's the fun part , so I call customer service and the women tells me yes i have payed over the amount due and she can only refund me 3 months back haha... or I keep the pass... Hmm so I either get refunded 3months back and cancelled and if I decided to start again its more expensive or I keep it and forget about the half year ive missed out... Wow talk about customer service!

I loved that they had Orcas there, thats my favorite animal. But as far as the rest goes, Moody Gardens in Galveston has more in it than SeaWorld in San Antonio. SeaWorld had no education talks before shows, its definitely a kid environment. I mean there was no id cards or any information anywhere about the animals, all there was, was shows, shows, shows.... For my first time going i expected more for my money...
