Cavender's Boot City
If you aren't a cowboy, at least you can dress like one. Cavender's Boot City carries everything you need—boots, jeans, shirts, belts and hats. To really blend in here in Texas, opt for Wrangler jeans, a Wrangler Brushpopper shirt and some Justin Roper boots. If you pick out a Resistol hat, be sure you wear straw from after Easter up until Labor Day, and felt after Labor Day all the way through to Easter. This location is not far from Far West Rodeo, one of the largest country and western bars in the city. How convenient! San Antonio offers two other locations as well.
The exchange policy is ridiculous! Can exchange within 30 days, not worn, with tag? How else is someone going to realize that those boots are going to damage your feet unless they have been worn. Paid good money and will never return to this place again! Anyywhere else I would have no problem exchanging. I should have read the other reviews which are prettry much what mine is. Bad customer service...I gave them one star only because that's the lowest it will go!! Never again...taking my business elsewhere.
