Rivercenter Mall, San Antonio

When you visit downtown San Antonio, never park in unattended parking lots on level ground, where you pay the metal box. If there is not an attendant on site, and if you don't get a receipt, your car will most likely be booted or towed. The average response time for the private enforcement company to remove the boot, is 20-45 minutes. Also, you will be forced to pay over $100 to have the company remove the boot, even if you have paid the full parking price in advance as posted.

foxy nail is the only nail shop for the entire shopping center. It's a horrible nail salon i've ever been...they have such a bad customers service..they don't even need a customers like us since they have so many people were waiting...they didn't even sterilize their tools after used ..its so gross...i even saw the bugs were crawling around...I didn't even want to mention about the employees. They just rush through you to take the next person...the pedicure only take them about 10 minutes..its unacceptable..i mean we pay them to satisfied us but they couldn't do that...so i prefer you guys don't ever goes there..its a bad nails salon forever

My seven year old daughter bought a $15 barrette at this place, and the next day put the it in her hair and the top part broken off. She was devastated, we went back to the place and asked for an exchange and the lady was rude and said she could not exchange it, because she was the one who did not break it. Just a warning to anyone shopping in the mall, stay away from that booth vendor!! They will do anything to sell their stuff, but have horrible customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It has all the tings you could wish for and all that jazz the only thing i did not like was there was gum on like 50 itums pants were torn the bathrooms are horrible and the and he fashion was great (not the torn stuff)

We were a group of 17 people and with a group of 17; variety played a very important factor in having something enjoyable for everyone do and eat (especially the kids). Usually it takes only one visit to a new place to determine if you'll want to come back. San Antonio's Rivercenter Mall is a great place to visit year round -year after year. The people are so easy going relaxed and very friendly. That's a very important quality. I love the traditions and the stroung heritages of the San Antonio people.

I love the riverwalk around the mall and the glass windows. The natural lightning is wonderful. I do not like the store ocean treasures a shop in the middle of the mall in front of Dillard's. The motion picture they sold me does not move. They made it sound like a good deal. It was a total waste of 172.00 dollars. Also, the employee said there was a warranty in the box there was not. Also, they have no phone to contact them. What a terrible waste of money. The pictures they have on display do work, of course. Shop at the other stores and the IMAX movies are awesome!

I love this mall, especailly how the inner side of the mall is glass looking out to the riverwalk. It is so beautiful, and they have guides walking around if you can't find what you are looking for. The riverwalk is beautiful and the mall is nothing less... 4 floors, first floor is "underground" on the river and has most of the resturants, then there are three shopping levels and the imax theater and a regular theater. The only bad thing is some of the stores are a little overpriced but nothing to bad... I am from SA and I love to go to this mall, the settingis so relaxing and peaceful even though it is one of the busiest malls in the U.S.
