Dreaming of Blackened Orleans

The food and ambiance in this restaurant is what makes the experience great. The ambiance is rustic plantation house meets Bourbon Street jazz club, directional lighting means private-feeling tables. The food is simply amazing. Before you order, it might seem over-priced, until you realize your huge plate will feed your guest as well. Everything from the bread at your table to the salad dressings on your salad (except low-fat ranch)are hand made! The only thing wrong is the location, if you are coming from I-10, one exit will trap you in traffic and the next exit will make you squeal into the parking lot.
