I have used the Fairmont Jewelry store twice. Once to get my earrings and necklace set, and my wedding rings fused together. When I went to pick up my rings they had been altered, nobody said anything. However I did investigate them and discovered the difference, explained this to the manager and he said he would fix them back to their original antique look. Will pick-up today....... Other than that I am happy with the customer service...

i took a ladies president rolex, a tennis bracelet & a mans diamond ring to Chuck to sell on consigment. I went after Christmas to pick it up & he told me it had been stolen out of his safe. only 3 people knew the combination & also the servelance tape had been taped over. he would not pay for or replace the watch. He did not even call the police to file a claim, I did that. he replaced the bracelet & ring,, but the quality was not the same as what was stolen. He replaced those because I did not have insurance on them. he refused to pay for or replace the watch. i filed a claim & my insurance company & I took him to court to get the money. I have told everyone I can not to go there. And don't ever leave any jewelry there or it may come up stolen also.

George has been making custom rings for mr for over 20 years and I love all the jeweley that I have purchased from him. You have a picture and he will make that piece of jewelry, its all perfection. High quality of diamonds and no junk jewelry like you see at most jewelry stores.
