Great Store Excellent Service

The outlet store had so many selections, great prices, and excellent service. I saw it by just driving around the area and the sign directed me to it immediately. I have purchased several pair and the next time I am in Houston....I will be there!! My home is in New Jersey and narrow sizes are difficult to locate here if not impossible.

Love This Store!

I have long, very narrow feet and have a very difficult time finding shoes that fit. Brucettes has a wide variety of sizes and styles. I was able to find just about whatever I needed, and even some shoes I didn't need but LOVED ! Staff is very friendly and helpful, and not at all pushy.

Had a large varity of shoes that were attractive and fix my feet. Shoes were expensive but again I have shoes that look good, feels good, and comfortable for work.

Watch the younger staff

The older staff are very good and will make sure you get the right fit - they will even exchange shoes if you have only worn them inside and they are not the right size - watch the younger staff - they have tried to fob me off with not quite the right size and I had to insist a little to get the right size ordered in.....
