NorthPark Center, Dallas

Rude employees, only cater to the white and rich at most stores.

Horrible parking, crowded mall, odd format and setup, and rude employees in most stores. Will never go back.

The security here is ridiculous. They are completely bias on color/ethnicity; security automatically assumes that a group of young black males are thieves....when in actuality these boys go to a christian based school and were only looking to buy socks for their first varsity game next week. WHY THE HELL WOULD SOMEONE STEAL SOCKS WHEN THEY OBVIOUSLY PLAN ON BUYING THEM. These boys were embarrassed, questioned over and over, and frisked because security suspected them of stealing the socks; they even claimed it was on video but it clearly was not. That mall is ridiculous and I, myself, nor my entire school, will ever be going back there, ever again. And it's oh so ironic on how we had just came from seeing a film over racist and people being wrongly accused....oh so ironic. I did however enjoy the coffee.

Northpark Mall - Shoppers Paradise! This mall was by far the best I went to in America! Give yourself a couple of hours (easy) to explore all it truly has to offer! The prices are quite cheap and if you look you can find some great bargains! When you are in the mall there is two sides - one side is a lot more upmarket and the other is more in the affordable price range. I LOVED the Tiffany store, and got stuck into the GUESS for about an hour! Must visit - Burberry and Armani Exchange (Just for fun =] ) Wear comfy shoes, and husbands - prepare yourselves!

PATRICIA IN THE JEWELRY DEPT WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGABLE IN HELPING ME FIND SOME ITEMS THAT I WAS INTERESTED IN. I RECOMMEND THAT SHE RECEIVES AN AWARD CARD FOR HER CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. I HAVE NEVER FELT THAT WELCOMED BEFORE AT THE STORE AT TOWNEAST BUT AT NORTHPARK EVERYONE THING WAS EXCELLENT.

I just visited family in dallas and they took me to NorthPark Center....OMG this place is amazing. The variety of stores they have are the best, the atmosphere is amazing and since it was the holidays the center was absolutely beautiful. I HIGHLY recommed this shopping center when in Dallas......For what it is worth...we visited other malls in the other area like the galleria mall and stonebriar mall but they were like every other mall in the country...same stores as every mall and kids unsubervised running everywhere. Visit NorthPark Center...

I just visited this amazing shopping center with my friends and was very very impressed. I've been to many malls in the country but only a few have the store selction that NorthPark does....I will definetly visit again when I return to Dallas.

Okay, I endured the hype long enough and had to visit. Such a disappointment. The atmosphere is boring and BROWN! Some of the stores are great, but it's not worth it to fight the traffic, difficult parking and just plain boring atmosphere. Dallas has better shopping to offer. This mall lacks the energy of the Galleria.

For anyone visting Dallas /Fort Worth one must take the time and visit NorthPark Center. I visited the Dallas Galleria but the second I walked in it felt like a typical mall and was very disappointed. NorthPark on the other hand has an amazing collection of stores (many I have never seen before) that cater to all customers...They have great kids,teens, lifestyle and of course luxury stores galore but what was really fascinating was the number of cool hip stores that I have only seen in NY, LA or Miami...The ambiance is fantastic and my wife and I absolutely loved the feel of the place. It is very clean, very safe and most important easy to navigate.... Since shopping is a sport in Texas I highly endorse NorthPark Center on your Dallas visit....

There is nothing i did not like about this mall it was a world class shopping experience.The biggest mall in Texas due to the new million dollar expansion.This has stores not found outside of new york or california.Beautiful fountains and sculptures all around you.Huge skylights that let you see the clear blue skys.Dallas is one of the best places to shop in the world and northpark is a place you definetly should visit while in Dallas.People in Dallas are awesome, I guess that southern hospitality really does exist.
