Let's just start off by saying I've never had anything there but the baby back ribs. It took me until about my 5th visit to discover they actually served BBQ sauce on the side. The ribs are coated witha brown sugar sauce and need nothing else. The BBQ sauce is an unusual taste, quite good but I couldn't see the point of using it. These suckers are the best ribs I've ever had. They have a salad bar that looks pretty inviting but I'm not the type for rabbit food. There's all sorts of veggies on the menu that are not the kind I'd expect to see in a BBQ joint. I've tried all the other rib joints in the area, none of them use the brown sugar sauce to cook so there's no comparison. I'd suggest you check the "best of" list on the Dallas Observer web site. They're the top three for BBQ joints and normally 1st or 2nd place for ribs. I suppose people get tired of them winning every time or something. This was the first place I checked out when I moved back because I missed it so badly. I'd suggest the fried pies for dessert.
