You gotta see this one!

I had a part replaced on our pump. They ordered the part and the two or three days it was going to take the part to get to our house turned into two weeks. Being from retail, I understood. In the process of replacing the part, one of their service guys cracked another pipe on our system. This caused a slow leak that I reported 2 days later. I received no help from the store or the Management. I was told that it was not their problem. I know it was their problem. They (the service guy)knew it was their problem but no one including the store manager himself wanted to take responsibility or ownership for the problem.....But wait there's more!
After I allowed that to pass, being very forgiving, I gave them another chance. I decided to buy a pool cleaner. I was talked into an electronic cleaner. I paid about $1000.00 for this unit (which I found out was over priced). When I got it home and unpacked it I noticed that it seemed used. When I put it into the pool it did not work properly. I then took it back and told the person at the front counter the situation and she then admitted that it was a used unit. She said it was a demo unit that they loaned out to let customers test and see if they want to buy it or not. Again, I paid full price. I then returned the unit and bought the same unit online ($700). It works great. Overall, all my experiences have been bad thus I now shop at Watsons or online for things they don't carry. I can even add that during my first encounters with the people at Pool and Spa Depot I feel they started off being dishonest. I could tell they were on a quota. I would bring in water samples and they would sell me every thing short of another pool. They have never done that at Watsons. I should stop now. The more I think and type the madder I get thinking about my experiences there. :) I just hope this helps. I do not want anyone else to go through what I experienced there.
