Cool Springs Galleria, Franklin

I had intended this letter for Galleria Management. Unfortunately, their email is not available. I had a most unpleasant visit to the Galleria. While I had good experiences with the anchor stores, I had a MAJOR beef with the many kiosks packed in the center of the mall's interior. I had vendors (aka hawkers) calling to me (and one even actually attempted to grab my newly manicured hand to "improve" my nails). I ended up rushing through the mall with my eyes casting downward to avoid all the pitchmen. I will not return to Cool Springs Galleria. If I want pitchmen, I'll go to a state fair or a used car lot. The Galleria should be ashamed of making shoppers feel so uncomfortable.
