Description

The NASCAR SpeedPark has 26 acres of fun. It includes eight racing tracks, 36 holes of miniature golf, the SpeedDome arcade, a rock climbing wall, simulators, a store and dining. The tracks have fun names such as The Qualifier, The Intimidator and Thunder Road and each one gives you the feel of real racing. The most difficult, the Competitor, lets drivers race half-scale NASCAR cars on a 36-ft wide, oval track with steep banks. You must be 52 inches tall to drive most of the cars. Hours vary greatly from September through February; call ahead. Ticket prices vary by attraction.

This Park Blows

All the rides had over 30 minutes waits, and it was blistering hot outside. Virtually NONE of the help was friendly. The only good part was when the kids finally got to go on the rides; then, they had a blast. We have a much better time when we go to the Concord Mills Speedpark early on Sundays. While the help is just as rude, and the rides are just as broken and understaffed, at least the smaller crowds make for much shorter lines. Get the Day Pass and be sure to get your money's worth!

Very Average

Nothing really special about this place. It was ok, no problems, just not a very friendly place. Of course, I probably wouldn't be friendly either if I was making $5.10 an hour to put folks in go-carts. We'll try the electric go-cart place next time we go.

Its ok nothing like the old Grand Prix but it will do. The rides don't last long and you really have to wait a long time just to get on a ride for it to be over so quick

Never Again

We went there for a "guys" day out while the "girls" went shopping. We called ahead and made sure alltacks were operating, which was stated "they were" We got there and bought the all day pass, The one track we wanted was closed. We waited in long lines and drove only (3) tracks The lines were long, 1 track had just 8 cars on it. The one track which had plenty of cars was fun , but if you got behind some slower people it was just follwoing the car No FUN in that. Bumping is not racing at this park and after I caused a pile up we were asked to leave the park.

NASCAR Speedpark is a great place to spend a day at Myrtle Beach. There is a variety of go-kart tracks to choose from, a put put golf corse, and rides for small children. There is something there for everyone.

AWESOME 10 DOLLAR EXPERIENCE

well i went to drive the carts which i would never suggest to anyone ever because it is so lame u get to ride 3 courses in 5 hours. but if you are smart give the employees on the inside a 10 dollar tip they will give u hundreds of tokens unlimited had a awesome free time on nascar lol i will go again and play unlimited games for 10 dollars never ride the carts. all u have to spend is 10 dollars and i won over 5 thousands tickets great for saving money at any arcade for the family

Great for kids... who can be paitent

When we went there the lines were soo long! It took 2 hours just to go on 3 tracks! But I have to say when you get on the track it is worth it. The kids said they felt like they were actully driving a realy car! If you can wait in line it is worth it.

not worth the money, definately save the money and go somewhere else, not really that much to do and the lines are too long, and the cost is too high for the very minimal amount of time that you get to ride.

Great place to take the family we love the Nascar Speedpark we go to the one in Tennessee also love it to. We visit the Speedpark every time we go to the beach. Go carts are great and the shop is great also.

Don't do it!

I totally disliked the park. My wife and I bought 2 all day passes for $64 and we only rode 2 rides. The lines were lloonnggg! It was no better than any other go-cart track and a lot more expensive. I'm 6 ft. and 230 lbs. and all of the rides were too small. It might be fun if you are betweeen the ages of 7-18 and under 5'10". Otherwise, it was a HUGE disappointment. We will never return. At least we are aware for future Myrtle Beach vacations.
