Visitors will find a waterfront world of shopping, dining and entertainment on busy Highway 17 in North Myrtle Beach. Shoppers will enjoy browsing in thirteen factory-direct stores and over 100 specialty shops situated along beautiful boardwalks around a 23-acre lake. There are thirteen restaurants catering to a wide variety of tastes, and seven entertainment venues, including House of Blues and Alabama Theater. This unique attraction has something for everyone. Barefoot Landing is fully accessible to the handicapped.
The "IN" road is very well hidden. Once in the complex the roads are very narrow, and confusing. Parking is difficult to find however after we finally found our way in and got parked the Rib Resturant was excellent.
Even though there are some of the same stores here as there are at Broadway on the Beach, there is still a lot of shops to browse through. Look through the coupon books for a coupon for a free discount card. Most of the shops accept it. It was very cute and a good way to spend a morning. There were less people, but the fireworks show is cool, if you want to stick around.
I go there every year on vacation! It rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They have rock climbing, yerro bunggie,a marrie go round, ice cream shops, macaniclebull rides, shops, RC racecar races and lots more! I love Barefoot Landing and look forward to coming back every summer. Probably karaokee is my favorite thing to do - I love to sing and perform and the karaokee selection is great!
We enjoyed this place, very nice on the waterway, lots of neat little shops, is much bigger than what you would think when you first get there. Worth going to, lots of choices, lots of nice places to sit and relax.
While I love Myrtle Beach and enjoy Barefoot Landing, this ghost show is a complete waste of time and money, The ticket price is $8.00 and the show basically consists of listening to recorded ghost stories with colored lights going off and on the stage with a few other simple boring effects. Please don't waste your money and time on this show!!!!!
My husband and I think the resturants are lovely - Our favorite is T-Bones and Damon's Grill. My favorite store is Barefoot Scrappin (Scrap Book Store). We enjoy just walking around the area and strolling through the shops. It's a nice relaxing time.
We love "ONE" The Show with Greg Rowles as Master of Ceremonies at the Alabama Theater. What a talented guy and cast!
This show is rated #1 for Myrtle Beach entertainment and compares with Broadway Shows in NYC! Fanastic talent, great lighting and good comedy.
A MUST SEE SHOW and you won't be disappointed!
The quaintness of Barefoot Landing with all of its fun things to do and good food makes for a great relaxing vacation. Parking is ok with weekends being a little snug. Definitely worth going here with family and friends. We absolutely love it!! :)
I loved barefoot landing. I'm moving away for college to South Carolina, and I'll be spending a lot of my time here! there were many stores to chose from, and they all had some great stuff. I loved the little stands, especially one called "rings and things" I spent most of my time here picking out some bracelets to take back! everyone I met was nice, not a bit of attitude. and there was hot boys all around, and a cute ginger worked there, which isn't easy to come by! i loved it, if you're thinking about going, do it!
We liked everything about Barefoot Landing, there isn't anything we disliked. Love the shopping places, Johnny Rockets our granddaughter loves to dance along with the waiters and waitresses she has a blast! We come to MB every year. We love it! The people are very friendly and kind. All kind of places to eat at Barefoot Landing. We are coming down in August can't wait! Lots and Lots of SHOPPING! My granddaughter, her friend and I love to SHOP there! I would rate Barefoot Landing as a 5 star!
