VERY DISAPOINTED... We won’t be back!

Although we thought this store had a great selection golf supplies, our visit was to get a tennis racquet re-strung. Upon entering this establishment, We found an older salesman just inside that wasn’t busy. I greeted Him “Good Morning, Sir” before I could get another word in, He rolled his eyes and walked away mumbling. (YES… HE WAS A SALESMAN!) We all looked at each other and couldn’t believe the behavior of this grouchy old man. My son pointed out the tennis section, so we approached another salesman with almost the same result. WE COULDN’T BELIEVE IT! Even after this, my son wanted to buy a tub of tennis balls. I told him to put it back because we were done with this place! My son insisted to make the purchase. The check-out lady (the only person working behind the register) was overwhelmed, but very friendly. The check-out line was long because this poor lady was on the phone the entire time and obviously the receptionist too. Martin’s has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced, from any store. Our visit with Martin’s was the first and last one for all of us.
