Rossi's Italian Restaurant
This restaurant can be hard to find, but it's worth looking for. It is located in the Galleria Center, a good-sized strip mall on Route 17 North near Restaurant Row. The extensive menu has a nice mix of standard Italian dishes such as Chicken Parmigiana and Veal Marsala, as well as some unique creations. There are also daily specials. Portions are huge, and the service is very good. But be forewarned; smoking is permitted in all areas. After dinner, listen to piano music in the Eighty-Eights piano bar.
The food was delicious. In our group we ordered fish, steak and Italian.
All were delicious. The fish was especially good. This was my second trip to Rossi's and is now a favorite. You definitely should give this place a try. Average meal price was $25-$30.
We are from the Northeast where our favorite italian restaurants are cozy, small family run businesses with little fanfare but great food. Unfortunately, we found Rossi's to be just the opposite. We should have known when we saw the building that rivals a Wal-Mart in size. We started in the piano bar but could not hear the piano player because of the noise. The restaurant was as noisy. The building is reminiscent of a warehouse with exposed metal trusses and decking which increase the noise level. Our server was rushed and watched his other tables while talking to us about the menu. Our dinners tasted flat. In hindsight, Rossi's is what one should expect in Myrtle Beach. It is over the top in size and scope but fails to deliver when it comes to service and quality. Once was enough for us.
Rossi's food was absolutely excellent. Red sauce was spectacular. Beautiful and quaint surroundings. Was recommended by a friend, who visits Myrtle Beach often. It is now a non-smoking venue!!!!! Defnitely worth visiting. Rose Anne
I loved this place. It has a romantic setting. Very old time Italian. Smoking is permited in all sections. There is no non smoking section which is a rarity in this day and age but I love it! The staff is wonderful, and the food is out of this world. I am italian and this place has the best food I have ever had outside of home! They also have a wonderful piano bar next door which is very entertaining. You always see expensive cars sitting outfront. It makes you wonder if the italian mofia have members living in Myrtle Beach!
Walking into Chestnut Hill Restaurant is as good as visiting a traditional Italian homeas far as food is concerned. Seafood,
Lamb or Vealyou can take your pick, each dish is nothing short of marvelous. Whether its a four course ...
You can almost hear soft Caribbean style music as you stroll past the bamboo huts in the lush gardens of
the Mariner Motel. Palm trees sway in the gentle breeze as the waterfall trickles in the distance. Reminiscent of ...
Studebaker's is located in the heart of Myrtle Beach. Usually attracting an "older" crowd, it features America's favorite rock and
roll music from three decades. You'll enjoy seeing the "Dancin Studeboppers" and listening to the music spun by enthusiastic ...
