Rossi's Italian Restaurant, Myrtle Beach

From the moment we walked in we knew we were in a great place. The service was superb and if you have ever been in Myrtle Beach you know how rare that is. The staff is very well educated and the service and food was unreal. We have made Rossi's our number one pick in Myrtle Beach.

We always made a point to dining here, (10 of us) May and December plus the husband golfing earlier. Was there last week, underdone fat steak fries, 6 shrimp for $26.95 with one caper, appletine $14.50, every other restaurant was $8.00 for the drink. We will never go back and we always looked forwad to going there

This place is fabulous! The food is wonderful, the staff is friendly. Well worth the money. We are local residents od southern MB and frequent this resteraunt several times a year. We have brought our families here, come with friends, and have had quiet "just the two of us" special meals here as well. Whatever the occasion, the ambiance is always great. In fact, we will be taking our folks who are flying in from New England to this fine establishment the Saturday after Thanksgiving- it will be their first time. I can't wait!

Rossi's recently went no-smoking in the dining room. Since I have asthma, that's important. We were looking forward to a nice dinner. We were very disappointed. I ordered the special but the waiter didn't let me know the price. $36 for 2 tough pieces of mystery fish (flounder?) with tough overdone shrimp and 2 really good scallops. They were all coated with crisp parmesean cheese with no flavor. The food was also room temperature. My husbands spaghetti and meatballs were also room temp. The table next to us had the same issue with their dinner. The dining room is too dark to see the menus easily but it sure is pretty. The waiter looked a little disheveled and spoke so quickly and softly I just gave up trying to understand him. Another table next to us just got up and left. The table of women seated after us kept asking for prices for the specials and he kept trying to evade the question but still sell the specials. It was VERY disappointing. We eat out alot and live in Myrtle Beach. We won't be back.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews on restaurants we have eaten in while on vacation, but I feel I really need to state my opinion on this experience, or should I say non-experience. We felt as though the hostess just tolerated us and was extremely cold, while the waiter rushed us through our meal, whisking away the salad before I even finished it. The coffee was lukewarm which should have been a warning as to what we should expect for the quality of our meal. My husband ordered the lasagne...which stated it had meat and cheese. His meal was no more than hamburger and noodles with a little sauce.. no cheese to be found.. My veal parmegian was tolerable but coming from a family that owned an Italian restaurant all my life, I found the sauce was in need of... something. The whole experience did not last long since we were rushed through our meal with great haste. I would NEVER recommend this restaurant to anyone. The next night we were so gun shy we felt we had to eat in a restaurant we were sure of, so we went to Red Lobster by the outlets and were treated like royalty, even to the point they removed a 20 dollar meal from our bill because they felt we waited too long for the meal..( we didn't think so). We were just so happy to relax with great food and lovely people.. would definitely go there again.

food had no flavor at all. i believe the poured the marinara sauce from a ragu jar. ive hah better meals at k&w. will not go again and i will not reccomend to anyone. really the worst meal i have had in myrtle beach. George Young Murrells Inlet.

Loved eveything. Fantastic food, great wines, Martini's, Frank, Dino and Tony on the sound system!! Wonderful experiences there. Looking forward to some great meals in November when we get down there for the month.

Rossi's has great Italian food and atmosphere. The patrons can be loud at times, but everyone enjoys a trip to Rossi's. The wine list is good and there's a cigar bar if you like that kind of thing. The cigar bar is separate from the dining area, so there's no smoke in the dining room.

The food is always fabulous at Rossi's!! My hubby and I have been coming to eat here for at least 9 years! Wouldn't miss it when I'm in the area. The service is always great, the atmosphere is "dreamy" and wonderful. It is a romantic place to go and just melt away. My Italian Aunt has cooked meals to "die for" ever since I was a child and most italian restaurants don't come close to her meals like Rossi's. I can't say enough... it's an experience to share with someone you love! Relax and take your time... ENJOY!!

Rossi's is our favorite all time restaurant. We always go several times each year we go to Myrtle Beach. The steak is awesome and the spaghetti is a good compliment to it! We have told all our friends about it and now everyone goes!
