The Windjammer is the place on the Isle of Palms for entertainment. The beach club is famous for its volleyball tournaments as well as their Monday Nite Jams featuring top-notch local talent. The music ranges from oldies to country to pop. As their slogan says: it's always a Jam good time at the Windjammer. Casual surroundings—including a hammock suspended from the ceiling are energized with the twenty-something crowd in the evenings. Afternoons are much quieter and geared toward families. Their wide selection of beers includes Guinness on tap.

The Place to Be

The Windjammer is the hotspot of Charleston's night life. It is a great place right on the beach, first row. It is what you would thing of when you picture a place to have a beach bash. It it up on stilts and has a great back deck over looking the volle ball sand courts and the beach. The always have great musical talent and usualy a big name once a month or more. I highly recommend it to any one who likes good music and fun times while visiting Charleston.
