Grape Street Pub
The Grape Street Pub is a mandatory stop for live music when in the Manayunk district. Rock, alternative, jazz, and fusion bands play six nights a week. Typically, the nightly lineups include three bands from the local and regional music scene. There is a cramped bar and stage in the front, with more room (and air) in the back. Seventy-five brands of imported and domestic beers are served along with appetizers and sandwiches all at reasonable prices.
I can not choose to what I liked about GSP it is such a spectacular enviorment. I disliked nothing. The music selection was phenominal. I enjoyed every song that was played, even songs to which I would not regularly listen to. Thank you GSP for expanding my love for music.
This spot is the place to be if you like to dance and mingle. It divides into multiple rooms for several types of music. It also has a stage where bands play on a daily basis. This is a definte must see attraction on Main Street.
