In support of the singers, band and the Opry

I think it provides an opportunity for young singers to showcase their talents. Those people that are looking for professional singers need to purchase tickets for those stars that have already made the grade. Some comments that I read were very negative. Larry King who was recently named the Adult Male Entertainer of the Year does an excellent job of singing and has won local, state and international competition. Other singers that have appeared recently are trying to achieve reviews. We the public are the ones that tell if they are going to make it or not. Looking at the talent from the singers that I know that are part of the Country Music Singers Association I feel they are doing an outstanding job. Don't expect to see a $60.00 ticket show such as Toby's, George Strait's or other singers- expect people that are working at achieving a status. Some singers are not all career orientated. Keep up the good work - Opry. I do the newsletter for the Country Music Singers Association of Oklahoma and I think it is a great opportunity for singers to get the experience of performing with a live band.
