Superior customer service This has been several years ago but a great story to tell and I HAVE been telling it for years. I have a gold cross that I wear daily in fact I never take it off. Several years ago I broke the chain. I took the gold chain and cross into get it repaired it was just a matter of reattaching the link with the clasp. When I went back to pick it up there was no charge. I said "it took someone time to repair this there must be a charge"? "They said no charge sir." I thanked them very much and said "I WILL be back"....and I've been a loyal customer ever since. In today's competitive world it's all about customer service that distances you from the pack! As my wife an I were driving by Samuel Gordon Jewelers one Saturday afternoon, my wife mentioned she had never been in the store before. She had been wanting me to buy a new watch, so I turned the car around and in we went. As we entered we were greeted in a quiet, polite manner and asked if we needed any assistance. We told them we were looking for a watch and were informed someone would be with us immediately. Well, our sales person turned out to be the president of the store. Talk about feeling special! He gave us a wonderful tour of the showroom and then showed us watches from all price ranges and explined the values and benefits of each one. His knowledge was amazing as he told us of the length of time they had carried each particular line and why they did or did not carry certain other lines about which we inquired. He understood my needs and made informed suggestions about each line without ever trying to pressure me into buyng a watch that might be out of my price range. As I looked around, I noticed all their staff was taking care of each customer in the same manner as the president of the store was treating us, which tells me how important each and every person must feel when he or she walks out of the store. I am happy to tell anyone that Samuel Gordon Jewelers is my new jeweler of choice. With their huge selection, kind relaxed manner, and immense knowledge, I feel as if I can call upon them for any needs I may have, not only utilitarian items like a watch, but also when it is time to purchase a gift for a special occasion. Samuel Gordon represents what a jeweler should be! The service I recieve every time I visit is exemplary. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. The quality and selection is grade A. If they do not have what you are looking for, they will either find it or design it. All my needs and wants were met, and exceeded. Samuel Gordon Jewelers provides a fabulous environment for shopping for jewelry and watches. I most recenly purchased a bracelet there that was exactly what I had been looking for. But they also have a great selection of engagement and wedding rings and all types of other jewelry and high end watches. I have also had them repair and size jewelry and clean an antique watch. Everything has been done in an excellent manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for selection, guidance, and service.

I was in the natural quandry that many men might find themselves in the minute they finally decide to pick out that "perfect piece" for their wife. In my case, it was a birthday gift. I wanted it to be just right - not too over the top (goodness knows there are many birthdays to come!) but not at all chincy either. Daniel Gordon actually took the time to discuss the latest trends and all of the possibilities until we finally arrived at a beautiful diamond filled gold cross on a gold chain to be worn around her neck. My husband bought me a bigger diamond for our 10 year wedding anniversary and I wanted it set in my original setting except I wanted my setting changed to platinum from yellow gold. So I sent my ring to Daniel from Houston and he took wonderful care of it. He had a CAD drawing made of it and the ring wasn't finished until Daniel thought it looked perfect, and it does I absolutely love my ring. The customer service at Gordon Jewelers is absolutely fabulous.
