The best way to describe the sales staff is Snarky - as the review title states: rude and condescending. We went into the store knowing exactly what product line we were interested in and the prices associated with a line of that quality. What I will not abide is paying for the privilege of being treated with a complete lack of the most basic courtesy or sense of customer service. Nichols Hills or no, there is simply no excuse for being treated in such a manner. If you're into abrasive treatment from sales help, then this store is for you!
